What to automate
- Payment receipts right after every payment
- Renewal reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry

Keep it short and personal
Use the member's first name, mention their plan and include one clear action — like a link to renew and pay. One message, one purpose.
Don't overdo it
A good rule of thumb is no more than two or three messages a week per member. Respect quiet hours and always make it easy to reply to a real person.
